Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in a forfeited deposit or a 50% charge of the scheduled services. Future appointments may also require a deposit. Emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis, but please understand last-minute cancellations affect our service providers’ commission.

Deposit Policy
Appointments over 90 minutes require a deposit, starting at $50 and may increase depending on services and the stylist. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if rescheduled within 48 hours.

Late Policy
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may limit the services you can receive. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but depending on availability, you may need to reschedule.

Scheduling Policy
Standing appointments can be booked for up to three months for qualified clients. Frequent changes or cancellations may result in losing standing appointment privileges. Please confirm your contact details and appointments to avoid any issues.

Return Policy
Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire, though any promotional value expires 60 days from purchase. Products can be exchanged within 7 days if unused and sealed but are not returnable.

Re-do Policy
We do not offer refunds. If you're dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to schedule a re-do. We do not offer re-dos beyond this timeframe.

Salon Etiquette
Please refrain from bringing others, including children, to your appointment due to limited space. All pricing is starting rates, and certain services, such as color corrections, are charged by the hour. If your requested service may damage your hair, we may refuse service to protect its integrity. For services on minors, a legal guardian must be present for consultation.
